Hair loss is a condition in which there is a loss or lack of hair, especially on the head. The most common form of hair loss called androgenic alopecia or male pattern baldness, which occurs in adult male person and is a progressive disease.The amount and form of baldness can vary greatly between individuals and the disease itself can be extended to other forms of hair loss such as alopecia areata (complete loss of scalp hair) and alopecia totalis (complete loss of all body hair) lead.
Incidence of pattern baldness varies from population to population and mainly depends on genetic factors, lifestyle and hormones (androgen hormones). Large-scale study in Maryborough, Australia, showed that the loss of hair in front of the head approximately 73.5% of men and 57% of women (aged 80 and over) acts.About 25 percent of men begin to show signs of hair loss at age 20, while two-thirds of men in this state 60 years has begun.
